How fast can I start using MotionTools productively after I decide to purchase it?

It depends on various factors, but generally, it mainly depends on you, as MotionTools is immediately available in its basic configuration. Of course, MotionTools needs to be tailored to your operations and your individual processes and needs for you to get the most out of our software. Some customers have implemented MotionTools in their operations almost entirely on their own within a few days, while others do this together with us during personal onboarding. We are happy to review your operations together and develop a launch plan.

Can I integrate my accounting system?

This is generally possible, and there are already various integrations with tools like Lexoffice, Quickbooks, and Freshbooks. How easy the integration of your system is depends mainly on the system you want to integrate with MotionTools. Can I add shipments to an already active tour and adjust the route?

Yes, that's not a problem at all. Active tours can be adjusted manually or automatically. Drivers will then receive a corresponding notification, and the route will update automatically.

Can I pre-sort tours and ensure that the right shipments are on the right tour?

Yes. With our package scanner, not only the driver can ensure they have everything loaded they need for the tour or check if they are delivering to the correct customer at the doorstep. Also the warehouse staff can use the package scanner to assign shipments to tours or storage locations when separating pallet goods into tours for example. It is also possible to show the position of the shipment in a tour to load vehicles in the correct order.
